Your dashboard
- Your stalls, sales and payment plans are all on your Xecute Pass vendor dashboard.
- Stall decisions from the organisers appear there too.
Taking payment
- Guests pay with Xecute Pass credits.
- Scan the customer's pay QR, or text them a code, from your dashboard.
- They approve the amount on their phone before anything is taken.
Before you open
- Set up and break down only within the times in your vendor brief.
- Hold any permits and food-handling certificates you need.
- Sell only your approved menu, products and prices. No unapproved brands.
On the night
- Keep your stall clean, safe and within your space. Never block an exit.
- Guests aged 14–17 attend and are marked as under 18 at entry. Check for the marker or ask for ID, and refuse alcohol to anyone under 18.
- You and your staff follow the same code of conduct as guests.
